Covid Guidelines

Competitors, 

For our event this Saturday Nov 6th, we must follow a few guidelines required by the State of Arizona, the venue, and our insurance. 

Please read everything below as the details are important. We, of course, would prefer to run events the same as we have in the past. However, ,following these guidelines is the only way we can deliver a large event to you. 

Face Masks

#1. Face masks must be worn at all times while in the venue, with the exception of children under four (4) years of age.

CheckIn & Weigh In

#2 Competitors will check-in and weigh in at the same time for this event.  Arrive with  your uniform upon arrival as there won’t be designated changing areas.

#3 Competitors who compete at 9am-11am will only be allowed to check-in starting two (2) hours prior to their match time. If you have siblings competing, you can check in at the same time. 

Check In Schedule 

7am - (9am Match Time)

8am - (10am Match Time)

9am - (11am Match Time)

10am - (12pm Match Time)

11am - (1pm Match Time)

Inside bathrooms are open to everyone during the event. 

Spectators 

#4. Spectators tickets will NOT be sold at this event. 

#5. Each competitor may bring in two spectators free of charge. This spectator ticket is only valid only during the hour of the event that your competitor is competing. For those who have multiple children competing, you will be given multiple wristbands (tickets) so you may watch all your children’s matches.

Competitors

#6. Competitors will enter the venue 45 minutes prior to their scheduled match time. 

#7. Competitors are allowed in the venue during competition. If they qualify for a medal, they will be allowed until after they finish with their podium ceremony. 

#8. During their match, competitors are not required to wear face masks.
